When you arrive
As an appointment-based business, there may be times when the front door is locked while we are in session. If that is the case, there will be a sign on the door asking you to please text us when you arrive.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change and things happen. But we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment will be subject to a 50% charge to cover the reserved time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Gift certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase both at the studio and online through our booking site. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for products or services. Must be presented at the time of redemption. May not be used for gratuities. Non-refundable.

Children in the studio
Children and/or those not receiving services are not permitted in the studio or treatment room for safety reasons and to maintain the appropriate ambiance for our other guests.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cell phones
In order for us to keep your treatment moving along smoothly, as well as for the enjoyment of our other guests, please refrain from taking calls in studio.

Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee a complete treatment if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 15 mins late, we regret that your treatment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee charged.

Consent forms and skin questions
Consent forms must be filled out prior to many of our services. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here for you, especially post-treatment, with any questions you may have.

Ask about our referral program. The greatest compliment you can give us is referring your friends!
